Designation: Vice President — Real Estate Solutions

Requisites
    * MBA
    * 8 - 12 years of experience in real estate sector
    * Should have good liasioning skills

Key Responsibility Areas:

 - Originate, develop & close deals on SPV/SPAs basis on outright / JV partnership

 - Driving Leasing & Business Development Activities Of Investee Companies

 - Direct Corporate Marketing  Devising Media (PR, Advertising & Event) Campaigns after Understanding the Client’s Brief  Doing Financial (Quantitative), Analytical, Technical, Legal Comparatives for Short listed options

 - Responsible for managing the entire tenant acquisition process right from generating enquiry to conclusion of transaction

 - Apprise & keep updated the development team about demand-supply dynamics, competition analysis, supply estimates, market trends etc. for residential & logistics projects.

 - Business Generation through Direct & Indirect (3rd Party Broker’s) channels
