Designation: AVP / VP – Debt Syndication

Requisites:
    * MBA (Finance) I CA
    * 5-10 years of experience in Investment Banking I loans arrangement / project finance / corporate finance / corporate advisory
    * Should have good liasioning / drafting skills
    * Should have expertise in financial modelling and preparation of debt proposal
    * Good understanding of lending norms of bank and structuring of debt proposal
    * Should be well versed with regulatory knowledge applicable for debt syndication deals
    * Should have necessarily completed minimum five deals in debt syndication / project finance

Key Responsibility Areas:
    * Execution of Mandates:
          o Preparation of debt proposal documents including financial model, information memorandum and presentation
          o Paper / Desk work for effective execution of Debt Syndication assignment
          o Information Compilation
          o Handholding of documentation process in co-ordination with the clients
          o Liaison with bankers
          o Overall responsible for execution of debt syndication deals
    * Origination of Mandates / assignments
          o Assist in identifying business opportunities in existing clients’ business
          o Assist in tracking opportunities through leads! referrals! research given by seniors
    * Relationship management
          o New & Existing Clients (with the finance dept)
          o Lenders- to obtain information and assist seniors in maintaining relations with clients, lenders, & investors
    * MIS
          o Execution of MIS system to track performance vs budget of the department.
