Designation: AVP / VP / Diretor  - M & A

Requisites
    * MBA (Finance) I CA
    * 5+ years of experience in Investment Banking I Corporate Advisory / Corporate Finance / legal firm having restructuring practice
    * Should have good liasioning skills
    * Should be fairly aware about the regulatory knowledge applicable for distress M&A transactions
    * Should have necessarily completed some deal in M&A

Key Responsibility Areas:
    * Execution of Mandates
          o Overall execution of mandates with greater independence.
          o Deal Closure
          o Mandate Reviews
    * Origination of Mandates / assignments
          o Assist in pitching for new business.
          o Tracking industries! market to identify business opportunities
          o Networking with Banks and Lenders and generation of referrals in course of executing mandates
          o Tracking of existing clients for future business opportunities
    * Relationship management
          o New and Existing Clients
          o Lenders and Investors
    * MIS Management
          o Execution of MIS system to track performance vs budget of the department.

V.P & Associate Director would hold extra responsibilities of business development
