Designation - Regional Sales Manager

Locations  Open - Bangalore, Mumbai and Delhi/Gurgaon  

Key Skills - Channel Management experience, IT Hardware Industry with sales experience handling at a regional level.

Education - Graduate / MBA  
Experience - 8 to 10 years

Key Result Areas:
    * Customer Relationship Management.
    * Channel Expansion & Management
    * Driving Sales Revenue  and other sales metrics
    * Customer Satisfaction
    * Market share objective and growth objective
    * Team Management
    * Regional sales forecasting sell in thru- Distribution  wise
    * Leveraging other teams
    * Defining the business strategies and executing them for the region

Responsibilities
    * Responsible for overall sales management of the region.
    * Ensure target achievement in line with the objectives set for the region.
    * Responsible for managing a team of RAM's and RCM and drive the required productivity of the team.
    * Responsible for Business partner satisfaction.
    * Responsible for channel management & channel capacity planning as per the norms set for the region.
    * Responsible for devising and rolling out appropriate sell thru & sell out schemes

Interface with the distributor branch offices in the region and co-ordinate sell thru

Work Experience:  
8-10 years of sales experience with at least 3-4 years in team management role.

Preferred: IT industry/ PC selling (end customer ) background, Channel management background.    

Key Competencies:
    * Product/ Industry Knowledge, Customer management experience. Sales background and Team Management in a National role in IT industry
    * Channel Management Experience
