Location: Mumbai

Role & Responsibilities:

 - Equity and Credit Analysis: Fundamental analysis of companies and an assessment of their debt capacity for the financing and capital restructuring business

 - Structured Equity Pricing: The candidate should maintain a strong understanding on the theory underlying derivative pricing. Updating pricing scenario’s, providing indicative terms and providing alternative structures would be a regular responsibility

 - Deal execution Team member: As a part of the deal team, the candidate would perform a series of functions - such as liasing with other groups within the bank, presenting valuable insights as a part of research and analysis - and maintain ownership of a number of responsibilities – such as books for client meets, scenario analysis for specific deals and clients etc.

 - Risk Monitoring: The candidate would be partially or completely responsible for monitoring the risk position of the live trades of the desk

Your core responsibilities will include face off to the regional business and be conversant with the strategies and issues, co-ordination of team resources to meet regional business requests from Asia, London & NY.

Technical Skills:

 - Graduate with quantitative and analytical skills having 1 yr of relevant work-ex, in Corporate Finance / derivatives, Preference will be given to those with overseas education

 - Preferred 4-10 yrs exposure to the finance industry

 - Strong Excel & PowerPoint skills; prior experience with VBA is a plus

 - Excellent proficiency with MS Office suit especially – MS Excel
