Location - Pune
Desired Profile : - Area of Responsibility : International Sales & Business Development - No of Years of Exp : 2-4 yrs - Qualification : B.E/B.Tech or Diploma in Electrical/Electronics /Instrumentation / MBA in Mktg. - Function exp: Sales in Industrial/Process Automation & Instrumentation systems like PLC, SCADA, DCS, HMI etc – Automation Systems for F&B/Pharma/Chemical/P-Chem/Refinery /O&G/Cement/Steel/Automotive Industries
Job Responsibilities: - Responsible for commercial discussions and negotiations of contracts/Tenders. - Achieve Sales & Revenue Target. - Customer Engagements: Mapping the Customer Profile, Analyze & Identify Business Needs and Create an Opportunity, Building relationship, Customer Visits & order closure. - Generate leads and new avenues in market. - Enquiry generation, Co-ordination with Tech. Support on Technical requirements etc, Efforts Estimation, Resources Identification ,Techno-Commercial Proposals etc.. - Payment Follow-up - Preparing Proposal & estimation - Result oriented - Self motivated & posses Leadership skills like decisive - An urge to drive & generate new opportunities - Presentation & Negotiation skills.
