    * End-to-End HR management at the leadership level with strong background in compensation    management, HRIS management, employee relations, leading teams, project management.
    * Talent Management, Succession Planning, Promotions and reductions
    * HR Compliance with local legislation and corporate direction
    * Responsible for the HR Policy Development, Compensation & Benefits
    * Line Management Responsibility
    * Financial and Budgeting Forecasting
    * Strategic Planning / Operations Management / Vendor Management/ People Management
    * Back Office Operations / Process Management
    * Experience in an IT MNC - Tier 1 or 2 companies is a must
    * COmpensation : 30 - 40 Lacs P.A
