Job Title: Production Manager

Location: Pan India

Need people from footwear/shoe/leather Industry

Primary Responsibilities:
*  To achieve 100 % production as per estimates and or requirement
*  To plan and ensure full and efficient utilization of all resources
*  Develop strategic alliances and partnerships with potential  vendors / associates
*  Accountable for results of Quality & Customer Satisfaction
*  Work within the company’s policies, practices, and guidelines
*  To ensure congenial Industrial Relations in the Department

Skill Requirement:
*  PG Dip. in  Footwear Tech.
*  Successful track record of  management of production facility of a footwear  unit
*  Excellent presentation and communication skills.
*  Ability to work effectively with a team of  Production Officers & workmen
*  Demonstrated ability in complex situations.
*  Ability to negotiate / handle issues  with Union
*  Excellent command of English  & Proficient in MS office and other applications usage
