1) MBA from tier 1 institute  
2) 6-8 years experience in top consulting firm
3) Strong communications and conceptual skills; great business development and client engagement.                                                                                   
Exceptional candidate with super business and client skills and over 8 years experience. can be considered for heading the south India business ( Bangalore or Chennai ). Exposure to that market will be helpful.
