Position: Marketing lead/Consumer Marketing Manager

Location: Gurgaon
As a Marketing Manager the successful candidate will be responsible for
- Developing annual and quarterly consumer GTM marketing plans to create demand for AMD based systems in the India retail channel with a focus on sales through activities.
- Driving consumer marketing campaigns and programs (incl. merchandising, assortment, promotions, associate training plans, etc.), ensuring implementation excellence by the team
- Managing consumer retail budget, ensuring optimal ROI and efficiencies
- Steering development of segment insights including research, segmentation, reporting, as well as developing an understanding of how to influence consumers’ PC shopping behaviour at different levels of their purchasing path
An ideal candidate should have a
- Minimum 10 years experience marketing to consumers in India – FMCG experience an advantage.
- Deep understanding of retail principles and the India retail environment. Understanding of PC manufacturers an advantage.
- An MBA from any of the Premier institutes(India/Abroad)
