Qualification: Doctorate in Education / Behavioral science from reputed University. (Must)

Experience: 8-10 YEARS.(It can include the research period)

Requirements: Should have done a similar role before.

Job Description:

• Conducting faculty enablement workshops/advanced workshops across the country.

• Dale Carnegie US High impact Teaching Skills and Cambridge UK certification programs for teachers and the likes to be conducted.

• Engagement with participants of programs in post workshop in blended learning model.

• Conduct Research in the area of pedagogy and Engineering Education.

• Design/ Preparation of content/course material for the above workshops/post workshops.

• Evaluation of assignments and feedback to participants.

• Content contribution to the program portal.

• Developing the interactive teaching practices for Engineering disciplines.

• Create research assets/Project reports and publications in Engineering Education.


This involves extensive Travelling.
