Procurement BPO + IT Maintenance

Desired Experience Range 8-10 Years of Procurement BPO & 3-4 Years of IT (SAP)

Maintenance Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role Managing Service Delivery (BPO) of multiple Procurement Platform engagements Managing the technical team of SAP Consultants and ensure proper maintenance of Procurement Platform (built on SAP) Supervise / mentor Service Delivery Managers and ensure customer satisfaction Coordinate with the internal / external stakeholders on day to day operations Facilitate and ensure compliance of SLA, KPIs and other set processes Participate in external audits and team meetings

Work on customer feedback received in CSS Manage issues escalated by Client Suggest process improvements Escalate issues to Platform Head as and when appropriate Achieve SLA and individual targets

Must-Have
   1. Engineering Graduate with 12-15 years of experience in BPO space:
   2. 8-10 years in Procurement BPO (of which 3-4 years in Senior Management)
   3. 3-4 years in IT Maintenance on SAP Environment
   4. Worked in Platform type of Environment (IT + IS + BPO)
   5. Handled the team of 80-90 BPO associates and 15-20 IT associates
   6. Well versed with Sourcing, Procure to Pay Process
   7. Well versed with SAP
   8. Excellent customer facing and presentation skills
   9. Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint Good-to-Have
  10. 1. SIX Sigma Black Belt Type Details of The Project (For Candidate Briefing)
  11. Reporting To Global Head
  12. Procurement Platform Team Size 100-150 On-site Opportunity Not Applicable Unique Selling Proposition (USP) of The Role Leadership Position with high visibility.
  13. Responsibility for Multiple Global Engagements and opprtunity to work with Global Customer Base
