Divisional Manager - West @ Mumbai, India

Our client is a young and dynamic education management company growing at a scorching pace. We need following candidate for them asap to manage their education business in Western India.

Job Title : Divisional Manager - West

Location : Mumbai

Education : MBA

Experience : 8 - 12  Years

Compensation : Attractive and in line with candidate caliber and experience

Principal Accountabilities:

 - Preparing revenue stream with projections for both Franchise & company owned centres at the divisional level.

 - Budget and Deliver revenue streams for both Franchise and company owned centers.

 - Develop and Executive strategy for business development & local level sales campaigns.

 - Drive efficiency and effectiveness of the operating expenses.

 - Set targets for other sales team members in the division and enable them to achieve them.

 - Evaluate budgets, expenses, return on investment and other financial aspects for each centre and optimize profitability.

 - Build, Manage and Motivate teams at the division level.

 - Franchisee relationship building and management.

 - Update peers & Top management of new events, initiatives in the division.

 - Support preparation of MIS Reports to facilitate informed decision making and to review the actual performance of each centre as against the budgets.

 - Preparation of Sales, Financial, Non-Financial and other MIS for internal stakeholders like the Top management.

Key Result Areas:

 - Achieve monthly Sales targets.

 - Optimize divisional costs and enhance effectiveness of spending and driving efficiency.

 - Management of COC operations.

 - New franchise development and growth of existing franchisees.

 - Responsible for the P/L of the division

 - Team Building, Motivation and Performance Management

 

Qualification:

Essential
    * MBA.
    * Experience range 8~12 yrs.

Desired
    * Business development experience.
    * Franchisee / Distributor handling experience.
    * Company owned multiple centre operations experience.
    * Team management.

Personality;

 - Self-driven, results-oriented, positive outlook, clear focus on high quality and business profit.
 - A natural forward planner who critically assesses own performance.
 - Mature, credible, and comfortable in dealing with vendors and franchisees.
 - Reliable and determined.
 - Well presented and businesslike.
 - Sufficiently mobile and flexible.

Additional Factors
The incumbent may need to travel extensively for business development.
