One of our clients, A leading MNC Bank is looking for a right candidate for the below mentioned position.

Vice President-Corporate Relationship

Location: Delhi

Basic Job Purpose:

- Manage a team of highly talented and multidimensional Relationship managers. Work on a robust Rewards and Recognition program, factoring in variants and complexities of the Relationships role.

- Devise strategies to enrich engagement with Senior Team of Corporates, constantly seek opportunity for reaching out with compelling product propositions.

- Devise metrics for tracking and growing Revenue by Corporates across all products.

- Work with teams across geographies to leverage the power of corporate relationship across all locations.

- Design a systematic approach for identification of companies- deepening relationship and new tie-ups

- Close integration across functions to devise best in class corporate level deals and discounts and organize events for increased engagement with clients

- Understand Industry trends, customize and structure existing bouquet of existing products to enrich relationship and gain corporate level market leadership

- Work closely with Corporate Banking teams to leverage their relationships for Consumer Banking products

- Acquisition of new group companies in existing portfolios and tap opportunities for new corporate acquisitions

- Work with product partners to structure and sell solutions across the product universe.

- Build a profitable portfolio of corporates through continuous engagement, customized product/service offerings and distribution support.

- Getting corporates to use this bank as their preferred financial service provider and maximizing share of wallet

- Drive bank’s Branding initiatives across key corporate relationships

Education & Experience:
- MBA from Premier institute with 9-12 years sales experience from reputed banks.

- Preferably in Corporate relationship role.

- Non banking experience will not be considered for this role.
