Job Summary
The opportunity is with a company introducing high moisture barrier, PVdC coated films in India that has grown and partnered with some of the world's best-known pharmaceutical names. As a global giant they distribute products in over 65 countries and has more than 3,200 employees in five continents.

Job Title: Head of Sales
 - Develop and grow the sales with the existing customers
 - Develop and generate new business opportunities with new customers
 - Handle the entire domestic sales
 - Develop a high level of interaction with the relevant team members in the business
 - Do a regular review of the competition activities and suggest suitable course correction in order to meet the competitive challenges
 - Keep track of the changing regulatory environment within the business in India.


Located in Mumbai, with extensive travel across India

Reporting- Head of Sales and marketing

What one must have:
 - One must have 10 – 15 years relevant experience in the sales and key account manager function in the Pharma / Flexible Packaging / Chemical / Industrial Products and Active ingredients.

 - Strong commercial acumen and people skills are must.
 - Strong leadership and team management experience
 - Needs to aware of the fluctuating prices in the market and has the ability to take quick decisions based on the same.
 - Strong track record for effectively managing/developing a team.
