The role : Finance Controller
Job duties :
* Handling the entire Accounting and Financial Control related issues for the company.
* Setting up and implementing controls.
* Commercial issues - participating in decisions and ensuring that corporate interests are protected including documentation.
* Banking and Treasury Operations – Maintaining relationship with Banks and financial advisors and working on structured transactions.
* Interacting with Statutory, Cost, Internal and Auditors and ensuring requisite support.
* Taxation – Handling Direct and Indirect Taxation matters in terms of Planning, Strategy, Audit and procedural issues.
* Accounting – Responsible for maintenance of books of accounts and Quarterly / Annual closing.
