 - Consulting and advisory services for finance process transformation, transition to shared services on a global basis.
 - Should have extensive experience in the area of Finance Shared Services, Working Capital Management, Treasury Solutions, Performance Management and Business Intelligence (Business Performance Management), Finance Strategy, Post Merger Integration.
 - Advising/Supervising large Scale Financial transformation from a wider business perspective. Should have proven client facing skills.
 - Developing new functional capabilities and offerings across areas of strategy, business planning, performance improvement, marketing, and customer management, people and change.
 - Education:  CA / MBA from a premier school.
