Our client helps in providing energy solutions to crucial services like hotels, hospitals, healthcare, offices, retail, metals, mining, minerals, electrical energy, oil and gas, water, waste and waste water, airports, automotive etc. It is mainly engaged in providing solutions to help people in making most of their energy, reduce energy expenditure and sustainable development.

Requirements:
 - MBA or M Tech with 5-9 years of marketing and / or sales work experience in Healthcare Industries.
 - Expertise aligned with a CLIENT business segment preferred
 - Demonstrated leadership, communication and analytical skills
 - English language fluency required
 - Geographic mobility
 - Unrestricted work authorization in India

Summary

The Experienced Commercial Leadership Program (ECLP) is designed to develop candidates for leadership positions in Marketing and Sales. The program consists of three eight-month rotational assignments within the commercial segment of a CLIENT business.  Rotations are marketing and Sales focused. Rotations provide experiences such as consultative selling, marketing analysis, customer and market segmentation, pricing, and field sales.

Position Description:
The Experienced Commercial Leadership Program (ECLP) is one of CLIENT’s world-famous leadership development programs. To supplement on-the-job learning, skills are developed with an intensive curriculum of six weeks of classroom training, distance learning and interactive global seminars. In addition, all members will be certified after completing rigorous training, testing and applying their knowledge in customer-focused projects. The program is global in scope with participants from the U.S., China, Japan, Europe, Middle East, Latin America, Africa and South East Asia.  International rotations are available based on performance and availability.

The program exposes members to multiple segments within a given CLIENT business. This rotational experience will highlight the diversity that differentiates CLIENT from other companies and will help to accelerate learning. Program graduates will be considered for key commercial leadership roles in CLIENT. Members are required to relocate 2-3 times while on program.
