Client Details:
Our client is a Private Equity fund Manager in small/mid cap across sector companies. Currently they have approximately US$250 million of assets under management and US$ 300 raised and to be disbursed in next 2 years.
Job Description:
It is a Vice President position at Mumbai. The person is expected to work on end to end deal evaluation and closure (Origination, Research, Financial & legal) with the help of 2 associates. He / She will be responsible to lead at least 2 Sectors.
Profile Requirements:
* MBA (Tier I institutes only)
* 5 – 8 years of experience with equity research/investment banking firms (at least 3 years of relevant experience of PE must)
* Very strong analytical & valuation skills
* Strong Leadership qualities
* Experience of deal closure will be added advantage
