Looking for a Senior Management Professional from the Alcoholic Beverages Industry with 15-20 Years experience.
The opening is an Ideal opportunity for an ambitious individual who will savor the chance to build the organization from ground zero. It is for a large International Business House which has identified India for major thrust to achieve its future growth.
The successful candidate will be the Country Head and report directly to the Group MD. He should develop B2B Trade, Agency Brands and Own Brand sales in India and also explore duty free and club management opportunities in India.
The Ideal Candidate Should –
- Possesses in-depth knowledge of the Alcoholic Beverages Industry and be in a senior position in a company of repute
- A visionary who can set up a business unit and select and develop his own team
- Ability to develop and implement strong strategy, structure, systems and processes for the division and own the country targets
- Knowledgeable of the Tax Structures and Regulatory Environment in the different states of India and their repercussions on the alcoholic beverages sector
- Intimate with the latest macro developments in the industry and familiar with the future trends in consumer preferences
- Highly networked with Industry Professionals in India
- Prior experience with dealing with regulatory bodies is a plus
- An excellent strategic thinker, team builder with proven competence as a profit centre head
The Remuneration with be at par with the Industry best and not a constraint for the right Candidate.
