Working on a senior position, for Employer Brand Marketing, with an MNC Investment Banking division. Position is based in Gurgaon.

 - Somebody with 8-12 years of experience across internal employ marketing,
 - To provide Employment Brand and Recruitment Marketing Management focus for internal business clients

 - To provide operational support in the form of employer branding, recruitment marketing services and diversity communications support designated business segment in Region.

 - Support effective delivery of all EB/RMktg plans and coordination of effective delivery to designated Business Segments in Region.

 - Providing operational linkage between business segments and Strategic Recruitment Marketing Services Hub

 - Support a professional recruitment marketing service group ethos within RBS Group HR

 - Responsible for delivery of defined marketing outputs in support of hiring targets for designated Business segment in region and supports RBS Group diversity agenda as required

 - Acts to reduce the client contact points into 3rd party marketing suppliers and through inflow efficiency to reduce the reliance on 3rd party recruiting consultants

 - To ensure central management visibility of measurable recruitment marketing plans for designated business segment

 - Support attraction strategies that differentiate RBS in the marketplace both globally and specifically in UK & Europe.
