Our client is an MNC Bank looking out for  Treasury Finance  role to be based at Mumbai.

Position: Manager / AVP – Treasury Finance

Location: Mumbai

Reporting to: VP – Treasury Finance

Experience: 3 – 5 years.

Qualification : CA ranker or MBA Finance from Top Tier Institute.

Only Banking experience preferred.

Job Requires:

The primary responsibility of jobholder is to assist regulatory and MIS reporting of treasury financials, comprising of foreign exchange, money market, derivative and options operations such that accuracy, efficiency, timeliness and high compliance levels is maintained. To manage operational risk including its identification, assessment, mitigation and control, loss identification and reporting. Should contribute Bank’s profitability of FEX,MMX,derivatives and options operations in India by timely & accurate outputs.Support the financial accounting and reporting process by providing the required information accurately and on a timely basis to RBI, Head Office, SEBI, CCIL, or any other bodies within the given deadlines. Output of systems like SUMMIT, MUREX, TREATS, for valuation and accounting to be monitored, liasing with INM TSV for assistance in program updates. Coordinating the regulatory audit for Treasury Back office. Safeguard the Bank from potential loss by ensuring that all returns to GHO/Management, RBI and other statutory authorities.Liase with statutory/internal compliance auditors and inspectors by compiling all audit related information and effectively attending to queries.  All SOX controls are identified for this job and are being complied with and regular monitoring of the same. To thoroughly understand all complex treasury products and the various systems required in a dynamically changing environment and evaluate their operational and reporting requirements and implement the same.
