PM Group – Team Lead (Senior Associate )

Position title – Team Lead  (Senior Associate ) – Salary between 4 – 6 lks.

Job purpose: (part of description)

As part of GSS PM Group, would be responsible for providing analyst (co-ordination, administration, deliverable creation and other execution related activities) support to business projects and programs within EY. Also independently manage lower and medium complexity projects, if required.  Provide support on PM Group operational activities, as required.
 
Your client responsibilities: (part of description)

    * Responsible for delivering to the expectations of project manager and project owner throughout the course of project. The expectations may range from managing a deliverable to managing a workstream
    * Lead analysis, design and development of assigned deliverables and then continue to manage and/or support implementation of the same.
    * Own specific project deliverables, as outlined in the charter and/or workplan; responsible to plan, lead,  design, develop the assigned deliverables.
    * Build quality into project results by bringing strong analytical discipline into the team.
    * Provide timely status reports or project status reports as necessary.
    * Complete a post project review for every project assigned to you to review performance.
    * Support Program management office with status reporting, knowledge management and other required infrastructure support

    * You may be responsible for managing the core team during the course of the project, provide feedback as and when required and keep them motivated through out the project lifecycle

 

Requirements (Qualifications)
We are looking for the candidates with the following: (Qualifications)

    * MBA/BE/BBM /B.Com
    * Aleast 3 years of overall experience with atleast 1 year of relevant project managementexperience
    * PMP or CAPM certification is preferable
    * Onsite experience, customer relationship management (good to have)
    * Prepared to work in UK and US time zone, if required
