We have a suitable senior career opportunity wherein our client is one of the leaders in Office Automation and Consumable products.

The position will be designated as Position Name: Business Manager and will be reporting to Regional Manager.

Location: Mumbai

Job Profile:

Candidate would be responsible for following KRA’s

1. Account planning – understanding customer’s business & document processing needs and formulate strategy on how to penetrate into new accounts and expand business in existing accounts, network and build relationships for business expansion. Tracking of competition, market and existing business is important

2. Accessing business potential, once assessed needs to be allocated to the designated sales staff and business potential tracked and assisted till closure

3.Team Management- Ensuring target achievement and high productivity of team (Will be responsible for handling a team of 4 sales people at various level). In the process, there needs to be effective review of territory and account development, coaching and training of the team

4. Cross Functional Working- Job involves considerable cross functional working with Logistics for timely delivery, service for maintenance and upkeep, marketing for sales support and training.

Desired Candidate Profile
 - Graduate.  MBA is preferred
 - A minimum of 6-9 yrs experience.
 - Should have experience in Office Automation Industry
 - Should have Direct/ Corporate Sales Experience
 - Should have experience in managing team
