Qualification and experience
 - Senior team leader with 9-10 years of industry experience.
 - He /she should be a star performer with highly motivated individual who possesses excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills and strong academic record.
 - One who is able to work closely with teams in different global offices, which may require working with flexible working hours.

Job Responsibilities
 - Takes full responsibility for multiple company departments projects simultaneously, with support as needed from company’s management team.
 - Generates and executes appropriate work plan.
 - Establishes and assigns next steps for all team members.
 - Proactively addresses roadblocks, with minimal support, and consistently avoids yield loss. Fully understands and applies the main company toolkit across work streams on each company project, with ability to turn concepts into analysis with limited support from company’s management teams.
 - Drives insight through timely, zero-defect execution of team's analyses
 - Performs stringent quality control.
 - Identifies need for primary research and steers execution, with limited support
 - Achieves expert status on multiple projects.
 - Acts as a source of expertise on module for other team members.
 - Shows good understanding of company’s project within overall case context.
 - Demonstrates understanding of wider client context.
 - Consistently performs strong reality checks.
