I represent a premier executive search and selection company, Quest ESB Consultants (www.questconsultants.in), run by an IIT, IIM graduate, D.Bose since 1982. We cater to high end requirements of premier companies.
We have been entrusted by a one of the most reputed Automobile Giants to select the Regional Manager HR to manage the HR operations for Northern region based at Delhi. This is the largest contributing region with a turnover more than $ 2 billion.
The incumbent would plan & provide HR support to the Northern Region in achieving the Organization vision/ mission & goals.
Specific responsibilities include
* Provide effective HR Leadership & Support to North Regional Managers & their teams for the various SBUs to achieve business growth.
* Support Sales HR Head at the Corporate in managing operational HR issues with the SBU Leadership Teams .
* Advise Regional Managers on Team dynamics/performance .
* Plan & execute Talent Acquisition based on business need.
* Drive Employee Engagement survey, strategizing & execution.
* Performance Management within time schedule and leverage PMS to design and manage an effective Reward/Recognition Management
* Capability development for business growth & market leadership.
* Talent Management: Facilitate and initiate Career Planning, Succession Planning, Rotation of High Performing Talent in the Regions / across Country to develop strong Leadership Pool.
* Address Employee grievances.
* Be a self starter to deploying innovative HR practices which can be replicated across the organisation.
* Preparation of the yearly budgets & monitoring of the same
We invite applications from premier B school graduates with at least 8 – 10 years of post qualification experience. Should have experience in handling a generalist HR profile and have exposure PMS, Comp & Ben, and Talent Acquisition. Should be a able to contribute in framing up HR strategies and practices.
