Experience: 5-10 yrs

ROLE DELIVERABLES
- Recruiting, building and managing cross-functional teams.
- Achieving cross-functional stretched targets and managing sales in a result-focused environment.
- Preparing budgets, achieving budgeted financial targets and managing the branch expenses to be in line with the assigned budget.
- Driving cross-functional activities for high quality lead generation.
- Resolving team and member/ customer  conflicts and issues if any.
- Identifying new markets and business opportunities in the locality.
- Constantly motivating and coaching the team to help them perform better to achieve their targets.
- Keeping self updated on product, industry and competitor developments.
- Drive the local marketing activities for high Quality lead generation(prospects)
- Drive promotions  for lead generation as well as building brand awareness.

Candidate profile:
 - Should be a graduate, MBA preferred.
 - Should have experience in corporate sales, concept selling
 - Candidates from Banking/Insurance/FMCG/Service Sector preferred
 - Should have good communication skills
 - Should possess strong team management skills
