JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

    * Heading HR policy implementation and process improvements.
    * Conceptualizing and implementing recruitment as well as exit strategies.
    * Employee engagement.
    * Devising training programs.
    * Reviewing compensation and benefits policies.
    * Ensuring employee satisfaction through direct intervention strategies.
    * Conceptualizing and implementing trend setting retention strategies.

PROFILE

    * The incumbent will be required to hold the HR function totally independently. S/he should be capable of creating an exceptional learning and people centric atmosphere.
    * Other requirements are:
    * MBA/PGDM Degree
    * 5-6 years hands on experience in total Industrial management.
    * Strategic thinker
    * Willingness to relocate to MYSORE, Karnataka.
