A. TITLE:
Manager Legal

B. JOB DESCRIPTION:
(R E S P O N S I B I L I T I E S)           
 - Vetting & drafting of legal documents /Agreements for-
 - Legal agreements with distributors / super stockist
 - Property matter for commercial lease and acquisition sale
 - Development Agreements between builders/developers and tenants/purchasers/society,
 - Franchisee Agreements for corporate
 - Memorandum of Understanding between various companies and drafting of Conveyance.
 - Preparing application under intellectual properties like Trademarks and  copyrights.
 - Co-ordinating with lawyers for various matters
 - Compliance with various statues and attending court matter
 - Maintaining Original documents, agreements, records
 - Follow up on legal compliance with other locations, zonal office / stores.
 - Giving legal opinion on various issues and framing of proper legal guidelines
 - Instrumental  in streamlining the legal framework in the company.

C. ROLE CUT:
 - To ensure the adherence to legal guidelines.
 - To facilitate smooth interaction between locations/stores/legal
 - To create legal & commercial documents
 - To maintain original documents
 - To handle court cases of Company
 - To Liaison with various Govt. Agencies
 - To give legal opinion              

D. EXPECTED Knowledge / Skills:

 - Compilation of all Local Laws          
 - Verification of all Title Documents
 - Compilation of all Statutory Compliances
 - Briefing Counsels for legal cases
 - Experience in contract review & management, litigation support or mergers & acquisitions
