Location: This is AVP role for Sourcing & Procurement. This is a Solution Design - Sourcing & Procurement for Bangalore.
Sourcing & Procurement (People with Exposure to Global Sourcing/ Vendor Identification/ Use of Technology in Sourcing & Procurement)
Brief JD:
- The role will be responsible for solution designing and implementing the standards for the processes and documentation, such as central repository of RFP response data which forms basis for future responses. The role will be required to track client pipeline data, incoming RFP requests and status of completed requests through to the win or loss of the project for Sourcing & Procurement
- Expertise in planning and executing effective strategies for ensuring timely completion of all tasks related to bid management
- Assessment of customer requirements; Coordinating with the client for more information and clarification for clear understanding of the content
- Developing solutions & value propositions that are unique and directly address the business imperatives of the clients
- Writing creative proposals (RFI, RFP) customized to meet the business objectives of clients.
- Managing client visits across different BPO locations ensuring customer / prospect visit objectives are met
- Leading proposal/solution presentations and discussions
- Working with sales / marketing and global sourcing & procurement plan
- Supporting the domain/practice teams to build case studies and competency documents.
- Conducting research and competitive analysis associated with new opportunities
- Prepare, update and maintain the vertical credentials and case studies of completed projects
