Summary
 - The objective for Activity Planner is to improve and sustain sales productivity by coordinating Sales Activity Planning process with Regional Sales Manager, Inside Sales Director, and Marketing Program Manager in each local country.

 - Activity Planner will need to keep the consistency across individuals / teams / countries to improve performance distribution (i.e., reinforce mid/low performers capability) by using predefined frameworks


The Activity Planning process

Planning:
 - To develop activity plan for next half year, Activity Planner provides useful customer targeting data and implication based on predefined customer segmentation framework to Sales and Marketing
 - Facilitate interlock meeting to co-develop Activity Plan or co-revise it with RSM, ISD, and Marketing biweekly
 - Check whether the Activity Plan is...
 - Simplified enough?
 - Based on not only LOB perspective but Customer (or Needs) one?
 - Aligned to Marketing Program?...etc

Task Management:
 - Breakdown the Activity Plan to individual To-Do-List based on predefined format
 - Distribute it on every Friday to keep the consistency between the plan and the execution

Business goal and KPIs:
 - Work with SOP project teams to define BMS for Outside Sales and Inside Sales (Productivity, Performance Distribution...etc)
 - KPIs
 - Productivity =  Rev / # of HC or Mgn / # of HC (will set goals by team)
 - High gross margin / Opex $ (will set goals by country)

Requirement for this position
 - 8-10 years of relevant experience
 - Ideally a management graduate with good analytical skills.

Business expertise:
 - Understanding basic Sales & Marketing process / framework
 - Manage complexity & problem solving
 - IT industry knowledge & Management Consulting background (nice to have)

Skill or certification:
 - Expert level of MS office (Excel, Access, and Powerpoint)
 - VBA programming & MBA (nice to have)
