We have  suitable vacancy as Regional Business Manager with our clients who are a very large, leading, professionally managed consumer organisation - World leaders in their field. KRA of the position
 - Achieve planned business of Printers & Toners in terms
 - Volume and Revenue for the Region through Channel & SMB Segment.
 - Develop and implement the sales channel strategy for the assigned territory with the help of a sales team by building and managing the defined channel Partners / Distis etc. in the assigned circle and ensure the achievement of the coverage, inventory and sales targets by them.
 - Ensure complete focus in Channel & SMB / B2B business as below:


Work towards to Evolve / Revive market segmentation & penetration strategies to achieve targets.
# Mapping / Positioning in Trade & SMB Accounts as well as B2B Accounts.
# Manage activities pertaining to Solution Sales, Product positioning, Product spacing and Negotiations / Finalization of bulk & Retail deals etc.
# Managing Sales and Service through existing / new Channel & SMB Partners, assigning targets and coordinating with them for generation of business.
# Managing all trade relationships along with business through them in resp. set of accounts etc.
# Build the customer loyalty through coordination with the back end support functions viz. Post-Sales Technical support, Customer Support, Billing and other functions.
# Interface with Clients / Partners for suggesting the most viable product range and cultivating relations with them for securing repeat business.
# Planning and Monitoring the Sales Promotion activities like Road-Shows, Seminars, Training programmes for Partners / End Customers etc.
# To build up market share in the major markets.
# Interface with clients / Distis / Stockiest / Most valued Sis for suggesting the most viable product range and cultivating relations with them for securing repeat business.
# Ensure the Building, developing, monitoring and motivating sales team.
# Target Achievement in Corporate & Channel Segment for all our Office Automation Products
# Engagement with Channel at all locations / regions.

# Development of New Channel for Incremental Business
# Ensuring the Right SKU / Product Mix.
# Sales & Marketing Plans / Strategies for new and Existing Products.
# Good Networking in SMB & B2B Segment.

Candidate Profile:
 - Should be from Office Automation products sales background.
 - Very good written and oral communication skills
 - Familiarity with Printers & Toner Products.
 - Excellent relationship management skills
 - Team Player & Motivator.
 - Very good conceptual knowledge of Sales Management and Marketing Communication.
 - At least 12 – 15 years of experience with a reputed brand in Printer Product Category.
 - Good Analytical Aptitude.
 - Very good interpersonal and communication skills.
