We have an opening for a Business Development Executive with Arable Corporation (New Delhi, India).

Responsibilities are below mentioned:

1.       Prepare individual sales action plans in line with the overall sales strategy to ensure a targeted and focused approach that consistently contributes to the overall growth aims of the business and maximize profit

2.       Materialize current sales opportunities and identify new ones to meet required revenue targets within defined areas of responsibility

3.       In conjunction with overall sales strategy, create sales plans to grow Arable Corporation’s revenue for designated accounts

4.       Identify, research, plan and contact potential clients to establish new business in order to achieve targeted revenue growth

5.       Anticipate, identify and understand client’s needs and pains and translate those into sales opportunities

6.       Ensure timely creation of quotes and professional submission of all information as requested by clients, ensure follow-up

7.       Prepare and submit timely and accurate reports of sales activities, especially client visits/calls

8.       Receive (where relevant), document and follow up customer complaints with QA

9.       Monitor customer satisfaction

10.   Maintain positive relationships with current and potential clients through regular contacts

11.   Liaise with technical/operations teams to ensure excellent communication channels exist to facilitate the successful handover and execution of the new and current business

12.   Support marketing strategy and business development teams as appropriate

13.   Track competitor activity

14.   Support for collection as determined by the Sales Manager

15.   Maintain awareness and understanding of all Arable Corporation’s services, ensuring that the full range of services are presented to new and existing clients to maximize sales opportunities

16.   Forward potential opportunities to other Business Lines as appropriate

17.   Use Sales Force to input leads and track lead status.

18.   At all times, comply with Arable Corporation’s Code of Integrity and Professional Conduct

 

Requirements:
1.       Graduate and/or technical diploma in the related field

2.       Experience in the related field is an asset (Life Science / Pharmaceutical)

3.       A minimum of 3 years of experience in the sales field, with a successful track record

4.       High level of written and verbal English

5.       State of the art selling techniques and an ability to translate these skills into tangible results

6.       Extensive knowledge of the related field (basic technical knowledge, main actors, trends/shifts, competitors, processes, regulatory frameworks)

7.       Ability to write, appraise and negotiate detailed contracts and commercial agreements

8.       Ability to present detailed concepts to an audience in a presentation environment

9.       Ability to adopt a flexible approach to work and react effectively to a rapidly changing environment

10.   Ablity to work under own initiative and with a high degree of autonomy

11.   Knowledge of IT systems, particularly MS Office applications

12.   Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

13.   Team player

14.   Ability to listen and identify client requirements

15.   Service oriented mindset

16.   Organization skills

17.   Accountability, results driven
