Key responsibilities:
 - Drive Visibility & Interdependency of various supply chain process for increasing efficiency in Planning and Logistics.
 - SCM Consulting- Sourcing, Logistics, Procurement etc.
 - Work with Leadership team to identify and prioritize Lean Six Sigma projects and Process Re-engineering opportunities.
 - Strategize and drive various Business Transformation Initiatives
 - Establishment of an efficient Order to Cash Cycle in Supply Chain Management.
 - Facilitate the leadership team to make critical business decisions regarding Customer Satisfaction Demand; Capacity; Procurement; Hiring; etc.
 - Implementation of latest concepts in Supply Chain for reliability improvement  & Cost Optimization
 - Use Lean & Six Sigma methodologies to execute the identified improvement projects with Cross functional teams.
 - Do the FMEA - Failure Modes and Effects Analysis to minimize the total risk of waste associated with any Operations process.
 - Root Cause Analysis of failed batches or customer complaints and identify the root causes to prevent the reoccurrences of such causes of failure. Drive and facilitate the quality culture in the organization.
 - Rewards and Recognition on the successful completion of the projects.
 - Communicate with all on new initiatives and share the savings of the projects with all concerned.
