We are looking at an MBA (Fresher) for fitting a generalist role in operations with Rangarsons Resources. The opening is for an Executive Assistant (2 candidates).
The following are the responsibilities.
To be the Brand Ambassador of the CMD. Customer interface both prospective and existing. Interaction with investors both prospective and existing. Analysis of the strengths of business ventures.
1. Support towards business expansion
2. Support towards establishing tie-ups with investors/companies
3. Working with CMD for establishing alliances abroad and in India
4. Spokesperson for the Company
5. Conducting market study and analysis, targeting markets
6. Identifying the prospects and following the strengths of new business.
7. Keeping an eye on market, customers and competitors’ move and updating CMD
8. Providing technical assistance to CMD and overseeing the entire operations.
9. Co-ordination with Business Heads on behalf of CMD
10. Providing inputs/recommendations to CMD in his area of operations.
11. Attending business meetings with / on behalf of CMD, compilation and advise
12. Evaluation of new business opportunities and identifying key strategic initiatives for business improvements
13. Identifying potential opportunities in current and new business for prospective tie-ups, mergers / acquisitions, supported with comprehensive analysis on industry and competitors
14. Decision making support
15. Project tracking and monitoring
16. Identification of major risks to business, measures to mitigate the risks
17. Market Intelligence – To help understand attractive new markets and competitions. Market potential estimation. Market research, interacting with investors about products, seminars and shifting trends, tracking industry trends, sector movements, their impacts on company strategy and plans.
