Postion: AVP internal communication

Location:to be based out of Delhi/NCR

    * To plan, develop and implement multi-faceted communications strategies, tactics, and metrics for key initiatives and ongoing projects, to establish the company as a brand and an employer of choice
    * To conceive and develop a culture that promotes a two way communication within the organization to become an employer of choice
    * Manage and organize corporate events including communications with internal and external stakeholders and production of collaterals
    * Provide strategic counsel to internal stakeholders to ensure consistency of key messages
    * Manage and produce the monthly internal newsletter including writing and editing articles \

Requirements
    * Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or Communications
    * 13-15 years' experience in corporate communications, marketing communications or journalism
    * Strong interpersonal and communication skills
    * Must be a team player who can also work independently
    * Strong written and verbal communication skills
    * Possess a can-do attitude and ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional teams
    * Should have worked with an  MNC into ITeS/IT/Telecom, etc having experience in driving internal communications & external communications. Should be heading the communications team. Locals are preferred.
