6+ years experience in developing risk analytics model at a senior level for a financial, economic endeavor

Role: Individual Contributor Role

Area of Responsibility

This role is a critical, customer facing role accountable for all aspects of customer management along with leading the India team for the various analytics projects

The role is more strategic and very little operational and involves managing various business activities within Risk Operations and Management (including but not limited to account management, collections and fraud strategy, risk management and customer care). As Senior Business Analyst, you will be responsible for addressing all the analytics and reporting needs of that domain.

Requirement:

 - A Masters or Ph.D. in Management /Economics /Finance /Mathematics /Statistics /Operations Research with 6+ years or more experience in analytics, with financial industry experience preferred .

 - Highly motivated and self-starter
 - Demonstrated working knowledge of SAS basic and advanced features and procedures
 - Extensive knowledge of consumer financial and lending businesses
 - Quick learner of new technologies and business functions
 - Demonstrated maturity to support management in distant time zone while resisting temptation to defer to local management on technically contentious issues

Experience in below things:

- Knowledge and experience in retail banking, consumer lending or credit cards in the business management, marketing, product management,  analytics or risk management disciplines
- Statistical expertise in three or more of the following techniques – Monte Carlo simulation, survival analysis, neural network, time series analysis, logistic regression, conjoint analysis, clustering technique, decision tree and linear programming.

 - Primary communication and interface with partners in the US on a daily basis
