Job Description: Asst Manager/Manager – HR Generalist/IR

Reporting to: Project Head

Qualification: MBA - HR

Experience : 10 to 15 Years

Age : 30 – 40 years

Location : Bangalore, Delhi & Gauwahati,

Responsibilities:
    * Manpower Planning with HODs, Human Resources Inventory,  Recruitment process including selection, appointment, placement, induction and orientation
    * Competency assessment & mapping, Training & Development of Employees
    * Performance Management System
    * Building up a High Performance culture in line with Organizational Values within the Organization.
    * Building up & maintaining harmonious Employee-Employer relationship, encourage & guide employee participation initiatives
    * Industrial Relations including negotiation with Unions & entering into Memorandum of Agreement etc, Execution of disciplinary proceedings wherever necessary.
    * Successful negotiator with the Village/Trade Union/Political leaders on Orgn., related matters.
    * Health, Safety and Environment Co ordination in line with the relevant statutory norms.
    * ISO procedures, fulfillment of  Documentation in HR Area as per ISO Standards requirement, SO Internal Auditing procedures.
    * Leading and guiding the Admin & Facilities Team, taking care of the assets and human insurance.
    * Statutory Compliance and handling any legal matters arising out of the same
    * Excellent written and communication skills
    * Should be able to handle all IR matters at all levels.
