Title: HR Head (8-10 years)

We are hiring a HR Head for a boutique research firm based out of Noida.

This role is to lead the Human Resources (HR) function for the organization and will be responsible for protecting and building the HR Capital within the organization by strengthening/devising robust systems & processes.

Key responsibilities will include employee engagement, talent sourcing, performance management, training & development, compensation and benefits management, HR planning & budgeting and talent management initiatives.

As the firm grows, there will be increased focus on design and implementation of new initiatives to be an Employer of Choice. The role will also extend to the overseas offices of the firm.

Job Responsibilities:
Drive the design as well as implementation of human resource strategies in a high-growth environment. Specific responsibilities will include:
    * Spearhead HR policy and process improvements for the company in consonance with the business strategy of the company.
    * Conceptualizing and implementing recruitment strategies
    * Strengthening the annual performance review system of the organization to support the business and build focus on an objective performance based culture.
    * Employee engagement
    * Devising training need analysis & developing an annual training calendar
    * Reviewing compensation and benefits system, including performance based variable pay plans
    * Managing employee satisfaction through direct intervention mechanisms
    * Suggesting and implementing innovative retention strategies

Key Relationships
The position reports directly to Managing Director with direct interaction with the leadership team

Desired Profile
The ideal candidate will be required to hold the HR function completely independently i.e. a thinker as well as a doer. S/he should have a strong desire to create an exceptional learning and people centric environment where the HR function is not just strategic in nature but also highly respected by everyone. S/he would work with the leadership team in managing the growth of the firm. Other requirements include:
    * MBA/PGDM (Full Time) in HR from a premier institute
    * 8 - 10 years of experience, preferably in the services industry with a leading KPO/Consulting/IT firm
    * Strategic thinker with the ability to adapt easily to dynamic business priorities & environment
    * High emotional quotient
    * Demonstrated experience of having built and managed an HR function in a high-growth, people-friendly environment
