Location:
Regional Sales Manager- Consumer Durables (Electronics/Appliances).
Position : Regional Sales Manager
Reporting to : Head – International Business (based out of Dubai)
Location : Mumbai
Desired Candidate :
- Qualification : Graduate with Post Graduate Qualifications in Management
- Experience : Consumer Durables – Preferably in Electronics/ Appliances. Should have been in charge of at least a State (sales and operations) for a minimum period of two years.
- Age : Mid thirties (not more than 35yrs of age)
Role Description :
- Identify and appoint quality distributors in the region.
- Responsible for launching a new brand in the market through a distributor operation.
- Assess market demand and send forecasts for timely procurement of products
- Manage key accounts and Retail Chains(Modern Trade).
- Liaison with government agencies
- Manage a team of sales executives and distributor sales staff
- Ensure visibility of the brand. Carry out localized advt and promotions.
- Monitor competition pricing and manage pricing of individual SKUs.
- Overall responsibility of the P & L of the business unit.
- Should set up service centers for the brand in the region
- Should be ready to travel extensively.
