Job Function Summary
Primary purpose is to manage and drive the relationships with SAP BYD Channel Partners in India to meet or exceed key channel performance indicators including partner’s performance and partner satisfaction.

Job Function Core Tasks
    * Preparation and execution of India specific integrated Channel Management plans in order to drive the Indirect Sales process for SAP Business ByDesign product at the country level.
    * Maintain partner relationship in such a way that the BYD Ondemand partnership approach is successful.
    * Single point of contact towards the partner
    * Joint campaign execution with active work with Sales and Marketing teams

Accountabilities
    * Responsible for delivery of the partner led business plan for BYD
    * Works within defined policies and processes to build the Partner infrastructure for volume readiness
    * Contribute to business milestones
    * Builds collaborative work relationships with similar functions across SAP and customer and partner organization

Experience
    * 7-10 years related Channel Sales Management experience
    * Preferably in Software, IT hardware or related technology
    * Experience managing the creation and execution of effective Channel management programs,
    * Experienced in launching software products in SME Channel
    * Strong customer orientation
    * Experienced in working in an virtual environment
    * Excellent communication skills
    * Ability to think strategically and analytically
    * Able to work independently and have strong drive for results

    * Communicates clearly, in a way that others can understand within defined processes & policies
