We have a job opportunity with our client who is an undisputed leader in Management Entrance Training.
They are looking for a Centre Manager for their Mumbai Centre.
Our Client has been at the forefront of the booming early education market for more than 30 years and has steadily expanded with more than 50000 students per year and 125+ centres countrywide.
Job Profile :
1) Generating Success
2) Meeting enrolment targets
3) Administering the centre in a cost effective manner
(Activities: Cost, No. of Students, Independent charge etc.)
4) Counselling, mentoring and guiding students personally as well as through a team of counsellors.
5) Ensuring a high level of service delivery in the classroom training sessions
Skill Sets :
1) Excellent communication skills
2) Excellent counselling and mentoring skills
3) Prompt and quick in decision making
4) People management skills
Education :- Full time MBA from the top 20 B-schools of India.
Experience :- 1+ years post MBA.
