National Sales Head for an Education Management Company @ Mumbai
Our client is a leading company in education management and we are looking for appropriate candidates to fill the following position for them at Mumbai.
Job Title : National Sales Head
Location : Mumbai ( Local candidates preferred )
Education : Graduation + MBA from good Institutes
Experience : 10 - 15 Years in Education Management/ B2C Management/ Retail Management/ FMCG/ Channel Management. Experience in the education management industry would be preferred.
Job Description :
1. The candidate will be overall responsible for national sales for student enrollment across all centres.
2. Person has to manage accountability for achieving all India targets, leading & motivating sales force & implementing marketing & promotional strategies.
3. Should have excellent communication / presentation skills and should be a good team manager.
4. Should have 10 - 15 years of sales experience of which the last three years should be at national level.
5. Should be highly energetic go-getter with very high achievement motivation
