Location: Engg & Manufacturing Solution Practice:
As part of the Engineering and Manufacturing solutions practice, you will be focused on delivering consulting services to clients across multiple industry verticals –process/discrete manufacturing, consumer goods, life sciences, hi-tech etc. You will assist clients in one or more of the following functional areas – Operations Management, MES, control systems and automation, product design, product engineering, product lifecycle management. You will participate in engagements that are advisory in nature, with a conscious effort towards driving downstream revenue. Some examples of the nature of engagements are as follows - defining roadmaps, creating/validating business cases, evaluating best fit solutions, performing maturity assessments, process improvement exercises.
• Outstanding communication (oral and written) and interpersonal skills
• 10-15 year of relevant experience – of this, at least 5 years should be direct client facing experience
• MBA from a top tier business school strongly preferred
• Entrepreneurial spirit, can do attitude and high ability to deal with ambiguity
• Global exposure (direct client experience in different geographies) and willingness to travel
• Should have worked on one of the leading products in this space e.g. Invensys/Honeywell/ABB/Werum/SAP xMII etc. in controls and automation side, Dassault/Siemens PLM/PTC etc. in PLM)
• Experience of having advised clients on roadmap/business case/solution selection/efficiency improvements etc.
