This position is responsible for driving Strategic Consulting Engagements, Solution Implementation, play advisory roles in the Cognizant Retail Practice. The consultant will be responsible for formulating strategic plans in accordance with the evolving IT services market environments so as to create a sustainable competitive advantage for the business unit

15+ years of overall experience
• 10+ years of experience in Retail Merchandising/ Ecommerce /Retail Analytics
• Atleast 5+ years of actual strategy consulting experience as part of a Tier 1 consulting firm
• Very good exposure and understanding of the IT services industry.
• Good to have: Experience in retail packages like JDA, Oracle Retail (Retek), ATG Commerce, Blue Martini etc
