# Carry out financial due diligence on target company with respect to Sell side, Buy side or refinancing requirement

# Analysis of target company's financial statements i.e. Profit and loss, Balance sheet statements to understand variance, trend in achieving financial targets, profitability ratios, key performance indicators and reconciliation in accounting statements

# Based on the analysis, writing the report including all the risks involved in the transaction and reporting the deal breakers

# Corporate financing activities involve company profiling, preparation of pitch report to understand target company and its business
