We are currently looking for an experienced Manager - Corporate Planning & Strategy to join our team to streamline and facilitate our corporate planning & strategy process in a rapid growth environment. The ideal candidate will have

Manager – Corporate Planning & Strategy

1. Has strong capabilities in applying analytical and strategy frameworks to structure business problems and provide fact based business recommendations to senior management

2. Can quickly understand business environments and can conduct analysis, opportunity scanning, facilitation support and present data & recommendations to enable decision making by senior management

3. Has  participated in corporate development activities aligned to growth targets of the company including due diligence, business valuations and negotiations. The candidate will have to monitor and report progress on such programs; highlight risks, delays and opportunities to senior management

4. Has experience in creating financial models to evaluate business opportunities

5. Can manage and co-ordinate external and internal communication on behalf of senior management
