Work Time:- 2:00PM –  11:00PM

1. Past Experience:
 
Should have worked as a business analyst/ consultant with a reputed organization,  
Past exposure of having dealt with databases, software development/ programming,  
 
2. Business Knowledge: Candidate should have good understanding of Analytics, including:
 
Knowledge of key Business drivers,  
Should have worked on projects of significant business value,  
Should have a good knowledge of key industry & business trends,  
Expert level knowledge of MS Excel (including Pivot table,lookups etc..), along-with some exposure to key analytical and database tools & applications including SAS, SQL, MS Access etc., and Presentation skills(Power Point).

 
3. Execute to Business Deliverables, take ownership of work within a Business Area Candidate should have played a role where he/she has been accountable for deliverables within a business area:
 
Took complete ownership of work and business deliverables,  
Worked in large cross functional teams,  
Managed multiple processes, dealt with multiple stakeholders as part of work delivery,  
 
4. Customer/ client management skills including:
 
Good communication and influence skills,  
Proactive communication and expectations setting,  
Proactively develop strong relationships with customers and business leaders,  
Good presentation skills,  
 
5. Good team player - Ability to work in teams, that may often be cross functional in composition.It is a individual contributor roll.
 
Looking for Tier – 1 and Tier - 2  institute graduates (MBA.M.Tech.,PGDBM,PGDM) candidates with minimum relevant experience of 3 - 7 years
