Our client is the World's Largest Chip Maker and one of the world's leading manufacturers of microprocessors, chips, and other subsets for the computer. The Company holds dominant position in the Semiconductor, Computer Hardware and Software space, with Fabs, R&D Centres, Design Centres, Software Development Centres, and Marketing offices worldwide.
Now we have this opening for a Staffing Account Manager with the above mentioned client in Bangalore.
Staffing Account Manager – Strategic Recruitment (7 - 10 Years Experience)
The Account Manager will be responsible for the full lifecycle of recruiting and attracting candidates. We expect the individual to be to possess a comprehensive understanding of the entire process of hiring – from attracting a candidate to be able to deliver an offer that makes it compelling for the candidate to join.
In this process, we expect that: - The individual will need to liason with the hiring managers and internal and external candidates
- They should be able to understand strategies for attraction external talent; to source this talent – to drive various methods by which we position the company as an employer of choice. Possesses good understanding of markets (skill sets, trends, competition, etc), and incorporates that knowledge into strategy development and execution. Specifically, we expect that the person will be able to not just strategize but also execute to the process of attraction
- Be able to use newer technologies to source and recruit talent; Use metrics to assess candidate quality and quantity, agency usage, Recruiter efficiency, and to measure hiring trends versus hiring projections. May consult with customers, vendors, external academia and bodies and to design, establish programs and advises clients of alternative sourcing strategies including: recruitment agency usage, events and available media
- Liaison between for open positions on offer development and delivery factoring in internal equity analysis, commissions schemes, benefits, stock programs, relocation, and immigration hiring processes, within and across geographies
In addition, there will be operational elements to this job where the candidate may be required to:
- Own supplier management activities. Responsible for control and compliance requirements based on local laws and company policies (e.g. background investigations, drug testing).
- May be involved with the execution of supporting interview scheduling, and screening of candidates for eligibility. May assist internal and external candidates with navigation through staffing tools and processes.
- Perform to sourcing agreements
- Track the details of hiring process and maintaining records for the same. Skills and Capabilities
- The ability to think at a program level is vital- from the time of understanding the requirement to be able to closely program manage the process to closure.
- The ability to enjoy both the big picture thinking but also dive into detail…..as required.
- Patience and understanding of the processes and structure required by large organization is vital
- Attention to detail and good judgment required for compensation recommendations, pay exception management, and influence on offer/accept decisions.
- Need a team player with clear articulation and communication capabilities
