HR is key business partner that contributes to achievement of business goals by enabling the people to perform. As a function, HR enables the business by attracting, retaining and engaging the right people with the right skills for the right roles, at the right time. HR services are delivered through a team of Relationship Managers (Generalists), Specialist teams (Performance and Rewards, Learning, Talent & Resourcing, OD), Service Delivery team and HR Business Support team.

KRAs: The current role is a part of the Talent Management team (specialist teams) , that is responsible for providing deep specialist expertise to the generalist teams and businesses with respect to identification, development and career management of "talent ". The talent management team aims to provide a ready, high-quality, internal pipeline to fill key positions against immediate and future business needs. The position is based in Mumbai. Job Profile:
    * To  create and drive a Tier1 Business School Hiring and Management trainee proposition & ensure that the organisation is able to attract, recruit, engage & develop graduates from Tier 1 B-Schools  in order to build the leadership pipeline, as part of the organisation's Talent Management Strategy.
    * The scope of the job encompasses the whole value chain starting from employer branding and hiring from business schools to managing the RMT ( Resident Manager Trainees) program across all business lines.
    * The jobholder needs to keep abreast with the market trends (e.g. campus salaries, profiles offered by other organizations, campus engagement strategies and programs) and continuously innovate and implement actions to make our clients attractive as an employer
    * The job requires a high level of knowledge, maturity and skill to:
          o Enlist the campuses pan-India which would be able to satisfy our campus requirements in terms of numbers and quality of hires
          o Getting the best ‘slots’ on the campuses, as the slot is directly related to the quality/ number of students available for the process.
          o Manage the summer internship program and other campus engagement programs
          o Program manage the RMT program and other specialist management trainee programs for the org
    * The job requires the incumbent to cater to all customer groups. Hence, the accompanying challenge is to have a comprehensive understanding of all these businesses and their needs, continuously working with the various Business Heads / HR RM’s to understand their service expectations and aligning the campus recruitment strategy with the business objectives.

Candidate Profile:

MBAs from premier institutes 2008 / 2009 batch. Experience handling the Campus Hiring / campus programs is preferred. Other recruitment / HR generalist experience is also acceptable.
